Berikan Protein Initiative is a legally registered foundation under the name Yayasan Berikan Protein Indonesia, based in Bandung City, with Deed No. 7 dated September 22, 2021, created by notary Irdam Noezar, S.H., and has been certified through the Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (KemenkumHAM) No. AHU-0031376.AH.01.02.

Its primary role is to implement social initiatives related to the prevention and alleviation of malnutrition, to organize CSR programs in partnership with companies, and to develop collaborative programs with donor institutions. The operations of Berikan Protein Initiative are funded by grants from public institutions, foundations, corporate CSR contributions, and individual donations from the community.
